Our standard MOQ is 100 units per model and size. Sizes and models can be mixed within one container — send us your target mix and we will confirm the most efficient combination. Trial orders in smaller quantities can be arranged on request.
Yes. Samples are available for all standard specs. Sample lead time is typically 7–10 days, and the sample cost is credited against your first production order.
Standard production runs 25–35 days after deposit and drawing sign-off, depending on quantity and finish. Peak-season and custom orders may take 30–45 days — we confirm the current schedule when you enquire.
Both. We build to your drawing (OEM) or develop a frame to your brief (ODM). Size, structure, slat count, finish colour, carton print and branding are all configurable.
Flat-pack corrugated cartons, sized to the measured dimensions published for each spec. Knock-down series ship as flat components; packed volume runs from 0.06 m³ to 0.20 m³ per set depending on the series. Custom carton print and barcodes available.
Incoming checks on tube gauge and coating thickness, in-line weld and dimension checks, and function cycling before packing. Third-party inspection can be arranged at your cost.
T/T: 30% deposit, with the balance before shipment on first orders. For repeat customers we can arrange 70% against copy of bill of lading. L/C at sight is available for qualified buyers and larger contracts.
EXW, FOB Shenzhen and CIF. Inland haulage to port can be arranged.
Frames carry a 2-year warranty against structural and workmanship defects, with 1 year on moving parts. Wear parts such as slats, bolts and light strips are stocked and shipped with your next order.
Copies of our enterprise qualifications and patent documentation are available on request. Product testing to a specific market standard can be arranged and quoted separately.
