Last updated 2026-10-06. These terms apply to quotations and orders placed with Shenzhen Houji Fuxin Smart Home Co., Ltd. (trading as HJF Metal). Where a signed contract or a proforma invoice states different terms, that document prevails.

1. Quotation and pricing

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and are stated in the currency shown on the quotation. Our RMB prices are ex-works and include 13% VAT. Quoted prices exclude freight, duties, insurance and inland haulage unless a trade term is stated.

2. Trade terms

Our default term is FOB Shenzhen; EXW and CIF are available on request and inland trucking can be arranged. Trade terms follow Incoterms® 2020, and the named port or place is confirmed in writing on the proforma invoice.

3. Payment

Standard terms are 30% deposit with order, balance before shipment. For repeat buyers we accept 70% against a copy of the bill of lading. Large orders can be settled by L/C at sight.

4. Minimum order quantity

100 units per model and per size, which may be mixed within one container. Smaller trial orders can be requested — ask us and we will quote a trial quantity separately.

5. Samples

Samples are made to order and normally take 7–10 days. The sample fee is credited against your first production order.

6. Lead time

25–35 days from receipt of deposit and confirmation of the signed drawing. Peak season and custom designs run 30–45 days. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees of a fixed date.

7. Specification and drawings

Mattress sizes published on this site are for selection only. Frame outer dimensions follow the drawing confirmed between us; that signed drawing, the approved sample and the order specification govern production. Carton dimensions, packed volume and gross weight are measured values and are re-verified whenever a packing method or carton supplier changes.

8. Inspection and quality

An ex-works inspection report accompanies each shipment. Third-party inspection is welcome — please tell us the inspection company and the standard you want applied before production is booked.

9. Warranty

Two years on structure and workmanship, and one year on moving parts, from the date of shipment. Anything not covered by these terms follows the signed contract. Please raise a claim in writing with photographs and the batch reference so we can trace it against the packing record.

10. Intellectual property

We hold 48 granted patents, 75 registered trademarks and 10 software copyrights in China. Tooling, drawings and moulds developed specifically for a buyer remain confidential to that buyer and are not offered to other customers. Our own brand, drawings and catalogue images may not be reused without written consent.

11. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, epidemics, port closure, strikes or freight capacity shortages. The affected party will notify the other promptly and the delivery date will be extended accordingly.

12. Governing law

These terms and any contract concluded under them are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties will first try to settle any dispute by negotiation; failing that, the dispute goes to the competent court in Shenzhen, Guangdong.
