Rental & serviced apartments

Bed frames for apartments and rental housing.

Where the frame has to survive tenancy changes and a store room has to hold the spares. Packed volume usually matters more than anything on the spec sheet.

What operators check

Volume is the cost

For apartments the freight and storage cost usually outweighs the frame. Knock-down frames ship from 0.06–0.08 m³ per carton.

Stock, not showroom

Flat cartons stack — a landlord or operator can hold replacement stock in a normal store room.

Assembled by one person

Bolted assembly with the tool set in the box; no specialist crew and no site carpentry.

Survives tenancies

Carbon steel tube construction, with slats and fittings as replaceable parts.
