Staff and student accommodation is hard use. Frames are carbon steel tube, not folded sheet.
Repeatable specification
Standard sizes mean block three matches block one — useful when a project is delivered in phases.
Flat-pack delivery
Knock-down frames ship from 0.06–0.08 m³ per carton, which keeps freight and site storage manageable.
Reassembly on site
Bolted assembly with the tool set included, so a fit-out crew does not need special equipment.
Spares
Slats and fittings are replaceable parts and can be ordered separately.

CZ2 Knock-Down Bed Frame
The reinforced knock-down series, specified for contract and staff housing. 13 slats at a 50 mm gap.
JY Bed Frame
A conventional fixed frame at 260 mm bed height with 12 or 24 slats — for blocks that do not need to come apart again.
Slat Base
A 30 mm low-profile slat base that ships flat and drops into an existing surround — useful for replacing a worn base without changing the frame.
