Unit price, carton dimensions, packed volume, gross weight and lead time, in writing.

Sample
Made to the agreed specification in 7–10 days; the sample cost is credited against your first bulk order.

Sample approval
You check fit, finish and function before we scale up.

Bulk production
25–35 days from deposit and drawing sign-off.

Inspection
In-line and pre-shipment checks. Third-party inspection is welcome.

Shipping
EXW, FOB Shenzhen or CIF — whichever suits your forwarder.
